By popular request, we carry Karasumi (aka dried mullet roe)!
- 60 to 80G per pack
- Air-flown four times every week.
- There are many types of Bottarga but we only carry Japanese Karasumi
- Enjoy it straight up alone with iced cold beer as a side dish, or with thinly sliced daikon. Or grate it over pasta, grilled prawns/squid, anything!
- By order only; air-flown items will be flown in every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays (unless otherwise stated) upon order only. We do not keep stock of perishables.
