Uni, Negitoro, Caviar & Truffle Toast Sandwich (AKA ZAIRYO LUXWICHES)
We first came across this super luxe Sando on Instagram and thought to ourselves: that looks easy to make! And true enough, it wasn't just easy - it was DELICIOUS!
You can choose to have it as a sandwich (or a Luxwich), or an open sandwich.
Pictured below is in the style of a sandwich, one slice of bread sliced into 2.

Recipe for this super luxe sandwich makes 4 portions, sandwich-style
Ingredients, in order of importance:
4 pieces of white bread (We recommend the Brioche Bread Slice as it is denser and can hold the ingredients better. Or any bread of your choice - we would advise against multi-grain bread as it would affect the bite of the sandwich. Also, having multigrain bread is like ordering a salad to go with your burger - it doesn't help.)
1 PKT Negitoro
Uni (we got the 90G Omakase Uni for this, but if you have leftovers from your 250G boxes, you can use it too!)
2 tsp Soy Sauce (We used the Transparent Shoyu to retain the colour of Negitoro for aesthetic purposes)
Butter/Margarine (optional)
STEPS:
1. Toast bread then slice of the sides of the bread.
2. While toasting the bread, empty negitoro into a bowl, add Soy Sauce to Negitoro and mix well.
3. Once toast is done and sides are sliced away, apply butter/margarine (optional) then add Negitoro to the toast
4. Top it with Truffle slices and dap/sprinkle some truffle oil on the Negitoro
5. Then top it with Uni and Caviar
p/s: We would recommend that you serve it while the toast is still a little warm. It probably won't taste as great if the bread is soggy.
Serve and enjoy!
