店長さん's Note: We thought we were done with cheesecakes (no more Basque cheesecakes, please) until we tried this! We were sent this sample from Japan, and in true Japanese fashion, this cheesecake is light, not overly sweet, and dangerously easy to eat. A rare cheesecake doesn't mean that it is hard to find (though you could say that -- since this is a Zairyo Exclusive!), it just means a no-bake Cheesecake, and the creaminess of the Hokkaido Milk really does shine through that way. We are SO excited for you to try this, and we hope you like it.

Pro tip: We know you'll try to dig in before waiting, it is still tasty. But do let the cake 'thaw' by sitting in the chiller for 2 hours, or let it sit in room temperature for at least 30 minutes until it is super soft and creamy!
